These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our loyalty program services, including any website, mobile application, or other services provided by Sipp Social (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Sipp Social, Marcuit, a Sipp Social employee, another user, or any other person or entity.To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm FloLoyal or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to{support email address or toll-free number}. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. 2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Marcuit, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Payment and Fees

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees on said payment method as well as taxes and other charges incurred in connection with your use of the Services.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sipp Social, Marcuit, its affiliates, or their respective directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

7. Governing Law
